  • Member Business / Tourism Provider: A lodging establishment, restaurant, bar, café or local tourism operator in Bolivia, duly accredited and with a current annual membership.
02

Nature of the Club and Zero Commission Model (0% Fee)

Do It Travel Club operates as a private loyalty network and direct directory. Unlike traditional online travel agencies (OTAs), which retain between 15% and 30% of every booking, the Club operates on the premise of zero middlemen commissions on consumption or accommodation at member establishments.

Direct and Transparent Transaction:

The traveller contacts the provider directly via WhatsApp, phone or at the counter. Payment for the stay, meal or service is made directly to the tourism provider in Bolivia, with no platform withholdings.

03

Free Membership for Traveller Members (B2C)

Joining the Club is 100% free with no maintenance fees for both Bolivian citizens and foreign tourists of any nationality.

  • The member must be over 18 years of age or have the express authorisation of their legal guardians.
  • The account automatically generates a unique, non-repeatable member code (format BO-XXXXX-V).
  • The member undertakes to provide truthful information about their identity and contact channels.
  • The membership grants the right to enjoy the agreed discounts across Bolivia's 9 departments.
04

Digital Member Card, Offline Use and Discount Application

The digital member card is issued in native vertical format for smartphones and includes a dynamic QR code linked to the Club's official verification endpoint (/validar/[codigoSocio]).

Application of Agreed Benefits:

The benefit applies to official rack rates or regular menu prices. Inflating rates artificially before applying the discount is prohibited.

Guaranteed Validity Without Connection (Offline):

The card downloaded as a high-definition PNG image has full legal validity in remote areas of Bolivia without mobile coverage (e.g. Salar de Uyuni or Eduardo Avaroa Reserve).

Note: The card is for the personal use of the accredited holder and their directly accompanying family group (up to a reasonable maximum set by each provider's capacity policy).

05

To safeguard the safety and trust of Club members, every provider must undergo the tourism audit and accreditation process managed by the Superadmin:

Documentation Required for Publication:

  • Tax Identification Number (NIT) active with the SIN.
  • Municipal operating licence or departmental tourism registration (SIRETT).
  • Identity card of the legal representative (kept under strict confidentiality).
  • Civil liability or accident insurance policy (optional / recommended).

If non-compliance with the promised discounts, misleading advertising or repeated poor service is detected, the Club reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the establishment's listing.

08

JC Travel Author Tours and Affiliate Network

The circuits and expeditions sold under the J.C. Travel Author seal (Salar de Uyuni 4x4, Tarija Wine Route, Lake Titicaca, Madidi Park, etc.) are operated directly or under strict technical supervision by certified guides.

Affiliate Commission Programme (10% to 15%):

Member businesses with hotel or operator plans can generate unique referral links (?ref=YOUR_CODE). For every booking completed and settled through that link, the accredited business receives a net commission transferred monthly to its bank account.

09

Opinions, Reviews and Antispam Moderation Policies

The Directory's rating system aims to guarantee genuine transparency and prevent malicious or fraudulent opinions:

  • Only traveller members with an active session can post ratings and comments.
  • Automatic Profanity Filter: The platform includes content moderation technology (glin-profanity) that blocks in real time any review containing insults, verbal abuse or derogatory terms.
  • Businesses have the right to a formal public reply from their control panel.
  • Any review that breaches community coexistence rules may be reported for arbitration by the JC Travel moderation team.
10

Data Protection, Jurisdiction and Contact Channels

The personal information collected is processed under strict IT security and confidentiality standards. Tax data and representatives' identification documents are used solely to validate the provider's suitability and are not sold to third parties.

Any disagreement or dispute arising from the interpretation of this agreement shall preferably be resolved through direct good-faith conciliation in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, or in accordance with the relevant provisions applicable to Do It Travel Club LLC.
