1. Information We Collect
For Traveller Members (B2C): Full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, city and department of residence, travel preferences and an optional avatar photo for the digital card.
For Provider Businesses (B2B): Legal name, trade name, tax ID (NIT), physical address, geographic coordinates, booking WhatsApp number, contact details of the legal representative, and accreditation documents (copy of tax ID, tourism licence/SIRETT and insurance policies).
2. Purpose of Data Processing
- Issuing and validating the Digital Member Card through a QR code at hotels and restaurants.
- Publishing the provider listing in Bolivia's National Directory to generate direct bookings.
- Auditing and quality control by the JC Travel Bolivia Superadmin team.
- Essential notifications about membership status, tour bookings and payment confirmations.
3. Confidentiality of Legal Documents
The sensitive documents uploaded by businesses (representatives' identity cards, tax declarations and private policies) are strictly confidential. They are never shown publicly in the Directory and can only be accessed by the JC Travel Bolivia legal audit team.
4. Exercising Your Rights and Privacy Contact
